Free delivery on all orders over £50. A shipping charge of £5.95 will apply to all orders below £50.
We will send you a confirmation email when orders have been placed including an optional delivery slot.If for any reason you're not in at the time of the delivery we will proceed to use another method of contact (if available). After a reasonable amount of time we will take your product back to the store and offer you the choice of collection or another paid delivery at a suited time. If your delivery is free as the product cost is over the amount of £50 and a second attempted delivery needs to be made you will be charged at the standard delivery cost of £5.95
In order to make sure you get your Organica delivery can be scheduled.
We deliver during:
Tuesday and Friday: 9am to 11am or 17:00 to 18:30
Sunday: 3pm to 5:30pm
We do not currently deliver on Mondays.

We are unable to accommodate next day delivery as we work on a just in time basis with our suppliers across Europe.
Concierge and Safe Space Policy
Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.
Organica cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a neighbour’s signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.
Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking
If drivers are required to deliver your Organica order via a loading bay, please respond to the 2 hour ETA notification and we will reply with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery.
We love plants and we’d love you to love them too. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible resembles the plant as it appears on our website in the size you have chosen - as with all living things there is some natural variation we feel is acceptable but have tried to mitigate this by working with the best suppliers we could find.
If you wish to return a living item, contact us within 48 hours and include a photograph of the damaged or faulty specimen. For all other items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund provided it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition.

For issues beyond our control such as: airborne pests and diseases such as box blight, fungal leaf spot or aphids we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 15 days.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them according to our plant care guidelines.
